This 7 week program is designed for 11 - 18 year olds that want to improve their skills in the water! It is open to all abilities whether you are a novice swimmer or experienced. The main focus is to make sure everyone is safe in and around the water! While the main focus is on safety skills we will also work on stroke improvement for those that may be looking to join a swim team or be able to pass the swim test to become a Certified Lifeguard!

Due to pool availability as we head into the High School Swim Season the next set of Teen Swim Lesson won't be offered again until the beginning of March.
