Workshop dates are 
Thursdays, Last Tuesday of each month starting 2/27/24 1:00 - 2:15pm

These workshops are geared for adults like "YOU" who feel "STUCK" but want to be the best "YOU, YOU CAN BE"! Bring your lunch and learn! Bring a friend, bring a group, but most of all bring your heart, your mind and your smile! 

Our mission is to "help people achieve the health and wellness they desire but struggle to achieve on their own."
Shannon Babcock will facilitate the workshops.

The Workshops are FREE to all participants but donations will be greatly accepted and appreciated by the WCC / WPRD!
