Bath - Take Route 1 South. Take the Congress Avenue Exit just past McDonald's ( Bath Shopping Center ). Turn right at the end of the exit. Proceed onto Congress Avenue until you come to a stop sign. Turn right onto Lincoln Street, St. Mary's Church will be on your right. Turn right into the church driveway leading to the parking lot out back by the Little League Field. The Bath Parks & Recreation Department is located in the second brick building on the right.

Topsham - Take Rt.1 south to Brunswick, merge right onto Topsham Fair Mall / Lisbon exit. Turn right at the first set of lights towards Rt. 24. At the next set of lights take a right onto Rt. 24, before you get to the railroad trestle take a left onto Foreside Rd. Go 1/2 - 3/4 of a mile and the gate to the lower Foreside field will be on your right just after the American Legion. Parking is on the right just past the gate with the Foreside Recreation Area (Ball fields, Playground & Restrooms) on the left.

Freeport ( Winslow Park ) - Take Route 1 South to Brunswick. Take 295 South to Freeport. Take the Desert Road Exit ( # 20), turn left onto Desert Road. At the light turn right onto U.S. Route 1 South toward Yarmouth, continue to the "Big Indian" and turn left onto South Freeport Road. Take a right onto Staples Point Road, continue on to the end of the road. Parking is on the left before the gate.

Brunswick - 220 Neptune Drive, Brunswick Naval Base

Cumberland - Depart ME-27 / Gardiner Rd toward Rt.1 - 1.3 mi; Turn right onto Rt.1 - 20.8 mi; Take ramp left for I-295 South toward Freeport - 13.3 mi; At exit 15, take ramp right for Rt.1 South toward Cumberland - 0.2 mi; Turn left onto US-1 / Blue Star Memorial Hwy - 1.3 mi; Take ramp left - 495 ft; Turn right onto Tuttle Rd - 2.8 mi; Arrive at Twin Brooks Recreational Area, Cumberland
