Winterfest 2024
to benefit the Cooper DiPerri Scholarship Fund
Starting February 1st we are starting a new annual campaign that will be on display in our lobby. It's called 'Have a Heart'!
These Hearts are a $1.00 donation (or more) and messages can be written on them to be displayed in the lobby of the WCC.

Outdoor activities (weather permitting) - Snowmobile rides, cross country skiing, snowshoeing, fort building, snow sculptures, etc.
Ice Skating (weather permitting) ALL DAY
Gym Games (Foul shot competition, shooting competition (timed), jump rope, carnival games, etc) 9:00 - 1:00pm
$ Hot Lunch 11:30 - 1:30pm in the Senior Center
Pizza, Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Cheeseburgers, Macaroni & Cheese, Crock pots and more available for purchase. Meal Deals!
$$ Corn Hole Fundraising Tournament in WCC gymnasium. 2:00pm start time.
$20 per person, come as a team (2 people, $40), or come and get matched up with a team-mate, we'll play a 4 round round robin, double elimination style tournament. Cash prizes to 1st ($200, $100 each player), 2nd ($100, $50 each player) and 3rd ($50, $25 each player) place finishers! Pre-registration available at Scoreholio.com

Proceeds from Winterfest go to benefit the Cooper DiPerri Scholarship, which benefits adults, families and children in Wiscasset and surrounding communities with scholarships for camps, after school programs, memberships for the Community Center and programs to help them grow and develop in a healthy and positive way. Without this scholarship foundation, many people would not be able to enjoy the benefits of what our local Community Center and Parks & Recreation Department has to offer. By accessing these programs, we are providing families with the opportunity to live a healthy and happy lifestyle amongst friends.
