Mix 30 with Lorna Weber
  • Lorna started out as a class participant and realized that she loved the class and would like to teach.
  • She got her certification as an aerobics fitness instructor and continues to take classes to grow her knowledge.
  • Lorna's class has many different exercise options.
  • She combines step class aerobics, cardio and strength training, and use of light weights and interval training to round out a great hour of exercise.
  • As with all of our fitness instructors, Lorna will teach you proper form and safe exercise for your fitness level.

Yoga with Tamara (Mon/Wed/Fri)
  • Instructors Tamara Dolloff leads this yoga class "for real people".
  • Yoga will realign and detoxify the body and develop inner and outer strength.
  • At the end of the class, Tamara will leave you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.
  • Strengthening and lengthening muscle groups are one great way to relieve stress and some of those daily aches and pains.

Water EX with Nori
  • Join Aqua Aerobics Instructor, Nori Lund, every Monday & Wednesday evening.
  • Nori will lead you through fun fast paced water exercise class.
  • She will use the waters natural resistance to work your muscles, increase your range of motion and reduce risk of injury during exercise.
  • You do not need to be a swimmer to join this class.
  • This is guaranteed to be a fun class.

Zumba Gold with Barbara Johnson
  • Classes consist of a gentle Zumba workout every Friday from 10:00 - 11:00 am.
  • Enjoy a moderate paced workout for all to enjoy.
  • Music and movement all in one.

Waterworks with Lori/ JaJa/ Nori
  • Use the water's natural resistance and buoyancy for a great aerobic workout
  • Classes set to music
  • 5 Components: warm-up, specialty exercises, run exercises, barbell & noodle work & cool down
  • Tone & Firm muscles
  • Increase flexibility and range of motion

Country Heat Live! w/ Lorna

  • Come join our instructor Lorna Weber for an environment of fitness and dancing mixed in one.

PiYO Live! with Lorna Weber
  • Tuesday (5:30 am) & Saturday (7:00 am) mornings
  • Wednesday evenings (6:00 pm)
  • FREE!! to all WCC members
  • Come sweat, stretch and build strength!
  • A combination of Pilates & Yoga with non-stop movement for the ultimate workout!

PiYO on the Pier! w/ Lorna
  • Due to the WCC being closed on the weekends throughout the summer we've created a Community PiYO Class Experience for the month of June and possibly the rest of the summer!
  • Starting Saturday, June 1st
  • Same time (7:00 am), same great class & instructor (Lorna Weber)
  • Start your Saturday by joining us down on the Wiscasset Waterfront (Recreation Pier next to the Yacht Club) for 'PiYO on the Pier'
  • Each Saturday is FREE to WCC members and non-members by donation.
  • All donations will be put into our WCC Scholarship Fund.

Tai Chi & Qigong w/ Mary Anne Moisan (NEW)

  • Want to enhance your sense of balance and build strength?
  • Do your creaky joints need gentle movement to keep from stiffening up?
  • Tired of feeling short of breath with everyday activities?
  • Tai Chi basic principals -
  • Posture, breathing, slow movements and focused intentions - you will learn specific movement "gestures" that will help you cultivate a sense of vitality, strength and overall well-being. Starting seated in a chair and moving to standing, we will build a repertoire of individual movement patterns and simple flowing forms that you can then practice on your own.

Cardio Kick w/ Chelsea Taylor
  • *Suspended for Summer 2022*
  • Thursdays 6:30 - 7:30 pm
  • This class combines cardio kickboxing and total body strength exercises for a workout that is sure to get your heart pumping and burn mega calories!
  • You will punch, kick and work your core as well as tone up your arms, legs and glutes.
  • Modifications will always be offered, making this class accessible for all levels of fitness.

P90X with Lorna Weber (Suspended for Mix30)
  • This class is not currently being held!! Stay tuned for the next scheduled class!
  • P90X LIVE is a total body strength and conditioning workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit-FAST!
  • Using light to moderate weights, this is the optimal mix of strength, cardio, and core work designed to work the body in different ways every time.
  • Modifications available for every fitness level.
  • This class will leave you feeling motivated and ready to come back for more!

Intro to PiYO!
  • Lorna slows down the PiYo exercises so you can get the hang of the moves before diving into to the regular class.
  • This intro is offered periodically and is always free!
  • The next Intro to PiYo classes will be held soon!

Cedric's Challenge with Cedric Maguire
  • Join Cedric for a challenging variety of bodyweight exercises, weights, and whatever else comes to mind!
  • Safety, learning, modification of exercises to fit the individual, and fun are top priorities.
  • Bring a mat, some water, and a sense of humor!

Zumba with Vicki
  • Join Vicki Friga our newest Instructor
  • She has her certifications in Zumba Fitness, Toning, Step, Strong Nation, Pound, Mossa Group Centergy, Les Mills Body Pump and Les Mills Grit
  • We are looking forward to another great fitness class offered here at the WCC.
