Wiscasset Senior Center Membership • Register • View Cart •

1. Membership is for a year, July 1st through June 30th, and is open to all.
2. Membership renewal fees are due July 1st and must be paid by July 31st. Payment must be made at the front desk of the Community Center.
3. New memberships may be taken out at any time for the current year at the yearly rate. There will be no pro-rating for partial year.
4. Within 4 weeks of payment of dues, a membership card or renewal sticker will be available from the Trustee Treasurer (must present Community Center receipt).

All Classes of Members
1. Senior Center Lunches and Dinners are at the prevailing member rate. The discount from the standard rate is generally $2 per meal.
2. Discounts are also given for all activities, events and trips. Most activities at the Senior Center facility are free to members or have a small member suggested donation.

Scholarships:
1. Residents of any town who are 50 years old or older or whose spouse is 50 years old or older will not be denied membership because of an inability to pay. Scholarships will be awarded on an individual basis by the Trustees.
2. Residents of any town who are 50 years old or older or whose spouse is 50 years old or older will not be denied a meal because of an inability to pay. Consideration will be on a meal by meal basis and will be at the discretion of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.

Community Center Member 60 and over:
1. Senior Center Lunches and Senior Center Community Public Suppers are at the member rate.
2. Members not 60 years old or older or whose spouse is not 60 years old or older are urged to become SUPPORT members

Senior Center Membership
  • Member class for Wiscasset residents and other towns receiving resident rate at the Community Center (Westport Island). a. Membership is open to all residents of Wiscasset and Westport Island who are 50 years old or older or whose spouse is 50 years old or older. b. Full voting rights.
  • Member class for residents of towns not receiving resident rates at the Community Center. a. Membership is to all residents of towns other than Wiscasset and Westport Island who are 50 years old or older or whose spouse is 50 years old or older. b. Full voting rights.
